Supporting Individuals and Couples

When life feels too hard …

Are you feeling lost right now - overwhelmed, unsure, and trying to figure out what comes next? When life feels heavy or confusing, it can be difficult to know where to begin or how to move forward. You might be carrying more than you’ve shared with people, or trying to cope with emotions that feel too big to manage alone. This space is here to help you slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and find clarity one step at a time.

Maybe you’re struggling in your relationships with others? Feeling misunderstood, unheard, or disconnected from the people who matter most to you. Perhaps the conversations feel harder than they used to, or you’re noticing patterns that leave you feeling frustrated and alone. Whatever you’re experiencing, you deserve a space to explore it with honesty and support.

Or are you a couple struggling with communication, having the same arguments over and over again, and wondering whether you should even stay together? It’s painful when conversations turn into conflict or when you feel unheard by the person you care about most. Many couples reach a point where they feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to rebuild trust. Counselling can offer a space to slow things down, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and learn how to reconnect in a healthier way.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. This is a space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.

  • “Laila has been instrumental in helping me build a path to a better life.”

  • “Working with Laila as my counsellor was one of the best decisions of my life. Laila is patient and an exceptional listener, her ability to reflect and appropriately challenge me, helped me immensely in figuring out the steps through my own mental health recovery.”

  • "Thank you for seeing us and for literally saving our relationship, it was so helpful to be in a supportive environment to express how both of us were feeling. It was revealing to look at our underlying issues and how these impacted our relationship. "
